H1N1 Vaccination anybody?
Until I see the guys out there with the wagons calling "Bring out your dead, Bring out your dead" I don't see a need for a vaccination.I've never had a flu shot. Neither has anyone in my family. Child included.We wash our hands often, limit our exposure to public places during flu season, eat lots of green veggies, get lots of rest and drink lots of water.If we feel a sniffle coming on, we make our homemade chicken garlic onion soup, and hit the bed.
